a bit on the grindy side: not sure how i failed the exams either ?
for those still having problems with the massage option for the neighbor. mine unlocked towards the end at perversion 800 i think.

also if someone can explain the exam part of the game. failed it in jan. and tried to coast till june. but got game over on feb 2nd

We need a good walkthrough...without it the game is super grindy...the hints, at least for me, don't works at all
