not a changelog, but if you look in the files from the update, the main update is about Mia the classmate aka Dillion Harper.
To start the new Mia content, go to Eve´s house at 11 oclock at weekend.

Yeah seems that way and looking at the files again no repeatable stuff(maybe wrong off course). But for me another meh update I want more family stuff and more repeatable events.

yeah they updated the main with just the update, missing the majority of the game now if you don't have it.
