How much content does this currently have in comparison to similar games such as SoB or Big Kuyash? Is it worth playing now or should I wait until it's abandoned completed?

In the SOB game (QSP game), saves go to:
C:\Users\Username\Documents\Сохранения игр Quest Navigator \ "random names folder"
And each game, each version, generates a folder with random name.
On SOB, I looked at the date of my last save (older version).
I started a game in the new version. A new folder was generated with a random name.
Then I copied my last save to this newly created folder in:
C:\Users\Username\Documents\Сохранения игр Quest Navigator \ "last folder created"
I believe this will apply to most QSP games.
Anyone know how to get the Mia events to trigger? I go to Eve's house at 11 on the weekends, but nothing happens.
Same... The only new event I got with Eve was at the hospital but after that completely stuck.
