You have to enter her house with a boner while her son is not home. Thats 16:00 on weekdays and 11:00 on weekends.
It's the only way to trigger her sex scenes. I edited my save every in-game day to max out excitement before entering her house to speed up this process.
But it turns out this is the case even after you finish this step and get her to 100%, the scenes in the living room are it.
Her current content stops here and you never got to a point where you can trigger scenes at will. Don't know if this will change in future updates with more scenes added and we actually get to trigger them when we want or not.
Very annoying "reward" for such a tedious grind.
