How did you get it to work?

Download both parts and use WinRAR to unzip both parts as WinRAR pick up that there are 2 parts and it unzips both of them at same time

Sisters new content seems to start during the beach events.

It would not. DD.MM. YYYY is European format... why should it be any worse for version numbering than US? Both are clear to determine newer version at first glance...
