RE: The second Mindflayer battle; when does the mindflayer corruptiom progression progress bar appear? I think eating the bar clearing cookie before ever getting corrupted breaks the whole thing.

There's a good amount, most come from interactions with certain enemies when they grab the mc and from scenes between npcs. The type of sex scene is based on what the mc gets into contact and there is some animation recycle but it's not too much atm, just dont expect any sort of meaningful corruption and lots of different animations from the same mob/npc. The current content is more geared towards monsters and female x female so if you're into seeing guys I have some bad news. (in the itch.io link of the game on the first page there is more screenshots so you can have a better idea)
I suggest you to try the game and experience the content it has first, while far from perfection it has interesting moments and can be fun if you can tolerate certain issues, which the dev has been slowly polishing and fixing with updates.

Finally figured out how to see this event. You have to lose to Glace in Celica's body as Candy or Faylen a few times until it triggers by RNG, Glace has to know about your celestial form of course.

You need to "teach" Glace to use a celestian form.
For this, yu need to defeat Glace s regual Celica to obtain ice armor and fight as icearmoredCelica ad when your couter of glace soul conquering comes to climax - useyour celestian form ,when in battle ,so Glace takes a reign in battle..or try to firstly use celestian form ,but not finish an enemy and prolong fight ,untill Glace takes over and uses celestian form herself...
Then, again ask help from Nel ,when Glace expells you to get back into yur body and thendefeat Glace to obtain Ice armor and wear it to make her take over again .Then ,posess Faylen as a spirit (of course) and go to city's entrance and wait Glace there (iin maid's house .Sorry forgot her name Glace refuse to fight if we talked to her there)
Then,i thik, you'll needto expell Fayleen and lose to Glace over a 3 or more times.
Glace will use celestian form after our first attack will not taken damage to her entirely and she will stop the time and insta defeat us..
Be eager and after defeating- fly as a ghost to faylen and posess her again and ask Glace to Fight ,untill you get a scene. (expelling Faylen ,of cource everytime)
I,by very defeat,see a diferrent dialogues fro mGlace , so i think ,this some king of chain of scenes and masturbation from Glace- is climacting event in this chain of eevents,i suppose..
SOmething like that...

found a situation ,where i lost my magic spells for faylen ,when lend her to Pirate girl and take faylen back from her.
Back level down...
Ehm... wait... i remember: i sometie loses a level as Celica :from 90 to 85 and then grindit back to 90.
How that happened? I don't know.

Last event will triggers only if you pick up the RIGHT dialogue options and DON'T ofend her.
If you ofend her - she will go away from you forever -ending her route.
If we play as submissive girl -wait some timeand after some time she will contact with you by her " female onahole" artifact,which we steal from Edgar early game ...
Check your relationship menu. If she vanished from this menu - you was breaken up with her...
