An echo scene is one that is already used in the game with another character. The pose and animations are the same but the design gets changed so it fits the character.

Go to the green boundary. Then go south when you enter and you should see a green portal. A bit further south there should be a small water pool/puddle like the one that takes you to the mermaids.

On the grey building between the entrance and the building where you fix the seal there is a way to open it near thew building itself. Spoiler Alert: Wow to what that tablet says.

It's in the blue boundary. You must first see the Night Elf sprite scene and the talk to the only available Night Elf (you eventually must talk to her more than once).

I believe that you need to spy on her when she bathes, this happens during the evening i your room. Also keep talking to her.
Or are you talking about a possible bug?
