Wow. It's almost as if there's a notice that Vera isn't in the game yet and thus you can't find her.
Gee, I hope Siren adds some kind of notice that tells you that Vera hasn't been added yet.
If only there was a changelog that lets you know what new content is available.

How do you change minerva's outfit? I've done the topaz quest and gave it to Nyx, but I can't find a wardrobe for Minerva, nor does talking to her give the option to change it.

This game became one of my favorite games ever, alongside Siren's other games.
My biggest criticism is the whole nameable role of the characters in all games. I understand this is probably because of Patreon, though, I feel this system takes a lot away from the games in very funny ways.
