Laster wants to destroy Dan, he wants to cut him off completely (remembering that Dan has already revealed this fear to Sarah). If Lester knew about Dan's greatest fear, it would be a very powerful weapon for him to use. It could start gradually. Also because Sarah doesn't love her husband anymore, she's going to make him her wife to take care of her daughters (not in front of them). She likes to humiliate her husband, turning into Sussy would be the way Dan could never oppose Lester in anything, it would break him completely. Sarah would never respect Dan again either, I'm not talking about him turning gay, and of course Lester wouldn't let him do anything gay, possibly someone from the RPG group or someone else, but he's only for Sarah. I'd like to see when Sarah won't respect their safe word.
That was chapter 18 where Dan got in trouble with Sarah for lying about Eugene and the peephole .

“Like one of those weak, ineffectual men that put their cocks in cages and allow themselves to be called a sissy while their wives get plowed by some more manly guy.“

I also thought this chapter marks Dan first time hearing directly from Lester his hopes of impregnating Sarah. Except in Chapter 20 when Dan overheard their baby talk during sex, most of the impregnation talk was between Lester and Sarah. Don has not hinted or shown signs of Sarah being pregnant so far. Even though we assume this will happen, the topic is getting dragged out longer than it should. As Sarah has turned a corner with her feelings toward Lester, I would love to see their coupling bare “fruit“ soon. I’m not keen on seeing Dan, Bryon, Jessie, homeless Cash dude, or anyone Lester as the next baby daddy. This story excels at being a love triangle where the most unlikeliest person woos the panties off the unexpecting wife.

Well I've most of neighbor Chronicles ( the redux and the other) and a lot of this series but have yet to find a series with an ending. I know I've read the last chapter where at the bottom it says "the end". But none that I've read where really endings, they just kinda end more or less like the other chapters in the series. They were all like "who knows what tomorrow holds" or "I love this woman and I can't wait for what she has in store for us next". I start reading a series it'll build it world that exist is then a little character build up then there's a foreboding event that's looms in the next chapter but it never really happens. So you get no character arc or story climax( pun intended) or event aftermath, there's no high or lows. Something pushes couple in a direction and once it hits a hundred it never slows down or stops, so you get know event shaping or character resolutions.

Meaning. Most of these series that are all basically the same story end up going of the rails then outta now where you'll find the sentence. THE END.

I give all the props and accolades to Don who has been consistent putting out new content each month on top of whatever else he is doing in life. Most authors I’ve enjoyed reading start a multi chapter story or get far along and then nothing. I know we have imaginations, but not knowing what happens to the characters is annoying. I have not seen any of Don’s earlier published work to conclude if he writes an open ending,. I’m waiting for see the conclusion to his short story Detestable Liaisons before reserving any judgement. But overall I’m hoping Toxic Attraction comes to a logical conclusion. My only selfish wish is to see Sarah pregnant with Lester’s baby and as I read somewhere else I would like to see which character comes out good at the end.

Your opinion: Out of all the characters in Toxic Attraction who would you like to see come out with a good ending.? They all seem to have their flaws and potential pitfalls.

No I don't necessarily hope for a "good outcome" for all the characters. A "good" outcome would be relative to the character and what to want and believe best for them, that may not be what the readers what for them though. Whet I was talking about was that series like TA all seem to follow the same pattern. They all get to the point where the wife goes off the deep end then the story just plain out you know, and just stay at that level. With really the only character that has a valuable arc are the husbands but most of them fall short of any real changes. To me it seems the reader is left without seeing any character arcs or resolutions. Most of the stories end on that plain they've leveled out at. With everyone just resolved to stay at they're life position with no movement then it's The End.

For the characters I'd like to see a good ending: Dan and Sarah.
I really don't think it will happen as I'm sure Don's cuckboy fans would flip out.
I don't care much for her getting pregnant from Lester, though a pregnancy scare could bring about the ending of things rather quickly. As I looked back over the story, and I do recall vividly that Don said it will be dark, Sarah's fall has really accelerated. Dan has been almost neutered. I didn't expect it to be quite the tumble it has been. I am hoping at her lowest point (pregnancy being that) Sarah wakes up, Dan realizes there's a very definitive line where fantasy and reality meet.
The inclusion of Byron and Jesse was unneeded nor wanted. I was not very fond of either. He has pretty much written their kids out, which could really be awkward should the total corruption of Sarah (and Dan) continue.
Lester is a manipulative, sloven character (still referred to in her mind even in Chapter 22). His illegal and immoral recording of them, his involvement in trying to short circuit Dan's career, and now pushing for her to be "in love" is just weird. I think he needs a comeuppance.
What about Lizzie? He came in her some time back. Maybe he is actually sterile and unaware? He may be a warrior/stud in bed, but cannot offer anything remotely lie a good relationship.
I do realize that this is all fiction, and one cannot try to try and apply real life to it. Its just too far fetched. If Lester were trying to improve himself in an attempt to win her over, maybe some believable possibility could be? In Avid's story Jack is very similar, as was Nate in Antarctica77's story. As pointed out, every story seems to devolve into a slutfest, which just goes off the rails.

I will say, Don has been the most dependable on getting chapters out. As Chillie_Willie has said, I've been in it since the start and will ride the train to the end. Like other have pointed out, it is frankly a money thing now. Don't really blame him. Its quite a bit.

Apologies, got a bit long-winded there.

I do think it is possible to write a hotwife story where all involved are happy with what is happening.
Everyonesavoyuer showed in their stories you don't need all the humiliation and degradation of the husband and wife.

Actually, there are a lot of hotwife stories already written in which everyone is happy. I, myself, am not looking for Dan to be a cuck, per se, just for Lester to win, because sometimes the bad guys do win. This is a dark story and if the couple had a strong, healthy relationship with a, older man who believed in their marriage and that he could help to make it stronger then it would not be a dark story. In Empire Strikes Back, as well as the relatively stoopid chapter 3 of Star Wars, the bad guys had to win, HAD TOO. I talked to Don at the beginning of all this and whereas he always wanted the couple to have girls, he always wanted them to be back-burner, and nothing more, as he did not want even the vision of impropriety to be in this story with the regards to under-age children. That was important to him, especially given the dark nature of his story. However, I do want Lester to take Sarah from Dan. I want it to be a choice Sarah makes and i want Dan released at that point, not help onto as some cuck fetish on a shelf in the livingroom. Dan is a man and in order to be a good father to his girls, Lester should never win anything over Dan, with regard to Dan's kids. In fact, Lester wants nothing to do with their children, especially the raising of them, but he would like to see Sarah choose his son with her over her kids with Dan. If this whole thing was realistic, I would have no interest in it. I am looking for a dark fantasy, which Don has been fairly honest about this, with regard to this story.

Other than that, Go Team Lester/Sarah, I guess.

Anyone got Tainted Conception 4? I've only read the first 3 chapters but I prefer that now since I have similar criticisms as others with how TA has developed

I do imagine that it could be a more erotic story if there was an angle about Sarah battling her addiction to Lester and somehow managing to get Dan in and help to rein in on her. So they managed to get a grip on things, with Dan roughing up Lester a bit more (not the first time). So it'll be a case of Dan roughing Lester up and allowing him to rough up his wife, only if he wanted to.

Cuckboys patreon fans are always the problem in erotic writing. They always want hardcore and darker story, so just to get paid author betrayed there own story and characters to please them.

I am on Avid discord and he told me he doesnt love cuckold that much, prefer stag/vixen vibe. But to please all the cuckold who paid patreon, he need to bring more cuck humilition and wife falling

Wow! Sound like he's got as much backbone as the husbands he writes about.

I am not on patreon and haven't been in awhile, since I hold far more loyalty to Lit than Patreon at any point. I wrote a few things and they have been viewed right around a million times over the past decade and I would rather have that than the whole patreon thing to make money on something that will eventually appear on Lit. I do, however, believe eventually that it will not appear on Lit and the authors' greed will keep it where they can make the most money. It happens everywhere, just look at WWE right now, where without cable there are no next day repeats of their shows and now you have to wait a month so see any of them, kicking the viewer right off the SPE (non-ppv), as they have no idea what is happening in the story. They will eventually decrease their audience as so many have, rightfully so, fled cable and gone to streaming. They created the streaming network and have abandoned their fans for money. (sorry, off the rant now, but the situations are similar).

Anyway, I do not read any of this for the cuck portion of it, in its own right. Stories about willing, happy cucks who say, "put the cage on me, I never want sex again as long as my lovely wife can fuck to her heart's content, cuz I got a small dick," stories do nothing for me. However, the entire reason I started reading Don is because he sold the story as dark. Do, i like dark? Fuck yeah. Empire Strikes Back is the best of the Star Wars movies to date, The Two Towers, was my fav of the LOTR books, and Stephen King's books thrill me to no end. I like the psychological machinations in taking someone good and turning them bad, or just someone fucking the world up because they can. Now, is this how I like my reality? No. Not ever. I would most likely kill myself than live in a cyberpunk world, even though I love Walter Jon Williams and Bruce Sterling. I like to lose myself in dark fiction (almost typed fuction...but hey, that actually might be a good work to describe what we are reading, fuction).
Does this mean I want cuck scenes everywhere? That I want Sarah to fuck everyone and their brother? No, again, but a descrete affair that started out as Dan and Sarah's thing turning into a secretive relationship between Sarah and Lester that tears everything to sunder, with Lester making Sarah pick and she picks him, I might not be adverse to.

I just wanted to point out that if we are for Lester winning Sarah over Dan that it does not make us all cuckboys who have Don, or any other writer's, ear.

Thank you for your time.

Two big thumbs up Psiber. I appreciate someone being honest and forthright. This genre is divisive at times, and brings out some weird stuff more often than not. I was drawn in following some of Avid's writing until that went tits up. I do like the dark stuff in measured amounts. Not at your level, but hey that's ok. I do not like the "put the cage on me, I never want sex again as long as my lovely wife can fuck to her heart's content, cuz I got a small dick," stuff either. Humiliation isn't my thing . I get some some like the "live porn" show. Like you, " is this how I like my reality? " Hell no. Its fantasy. There's lots of it out there and all kinds. Its fantasy.
Oh and I agree, Empire was the best of all the Star Wars stuff. I'm trekkie so...
It really is a shame that money once again rules things. I appreciate that Don is consistent, which is more than the majority of this genre of writers can provide.

I do actually agree with a lot of what you said.

Its more this whole universe Don seems to be creating, endless characters and story branches seemingly for no reason.
The corporate espionage thing adds little to the story.
I dont mind a bit of darkness and loss of control from the main couple, it does ramp up the tension.
But i feel Don has lost direction in TA, he added new a new encounter between Sarah and Lester in Dan's home office that just plain didn't fit into the story time line that DS already had written, and for me it's losing any thread of reality, even though its a work of fiction.
