I was not familiar with it and where it is not a truly original idea at this point, it is still well written and even though it took me a while to read due to my f'd up schedule, I really enjoyed it...looking forward to the next chapter.

Yeah I like the concept of "The Bet", it's a good way to include the audience in some of the decisions, but the chapters are a bit on the short side as well due to the format.

It has been on simmer hasn't it, even though it's suppose to be a slow burn story.
Rooting for this guy, honestly. Imagine having to clean Lester's bedroom. He deserves a medal.
Wrapped up reading the last chapter of the bad tenant and let me just say there is slow burns and then there's that there was no action no kind of nothing in that last chapter this is definitely like lukewarm

Ithey can edit and re -release TA as a proper novel .useless filler, deviations ,backwards forwards characterisations they all can be corrected
Ok, that's it. The story can't get more dumber than that. This is by far the worst chapter, the parent's scene in apartment is stupid, the spying program at Hospital is mega stupid and the Otis scene is giga stupid. Nothing makes any sense. Sarah's actions only make the stupid plot roll, the suspension of belief needed to read this crap is higher than Everest. I just hope NE dont fall into the same crap, TA is dead.
I can't help but agree. TA is lost. Putting my hopes into NE. Hope we don't have to wait 3 months for that

These two stories are far better than what Toxic Attraction has become.

The 3 reasons that killed TA acc to me is
1) Leser pimping out Sarah to others . It just derailed the story . Nothing good came out of it .
2) inclusion of Sarah's office subplot . It was boring with few redeeming moments . And it took ten chapters
3) Sarah and Dans character arc. His one step forwards 3 steps backwards approach hurts these two the most . They started off with well defined characters who now do not make sense
The story can still be redeemed . Trim the subplots . Quicken the pace . Make Sarah openly cheat and lie and make Lester more dangerous.

How I believe that DS could have saved TA
So for me this was a story about Sarah Dan and Lester, later on we are introduced to more characters and that's fine but those other characters begin to have sex with Sarah the problem I have with this is that Sarah before start having sex with Lester she was reluclant about it she didn't go from one point to another she had inner thoughts about it Dan helped her taking a decision and end up having sex with lester now when it comes to other characters Sarah just hop on their dicks and start fucking which is dump for me
Now if the story was about Sarah getting corrupted and becoming woman who just she care about was sex he could do this in another approach one idea of that is:
Lester while trying to have another go with Sara he believes that she likes to make Dan jealous or just want to have more men fuck her he could be trying to invite more people to fuck Sarah so he could get a change to have another go with Sarah Dan is open to the idea of Sarah having sex with more people other than lester and lester since he has friends and Dan is new to the new house and state and since he doesn't want to invite other people from his work he decide why not invite lester friends they have group sex and slowly Sarah want this more and more so when Lester is trying to be alone with her to make him fall for him he gets in situations where she wants to have an orgy again and then slowly she invite more people and even people from her work for example she becomes more corrupted that when she has sex with Lester at work Otis watches them and it's her idea that they should invite Otis and slowly Lester is loosing the game along with Dan so
So this is how I would have approach this and it's my idea on how I would have tackle this
