it is pua. not 1st game which game with -32.exe and which was shady. don't need it to play game.

Compressed version just downloaded seems to be clean.

Not infected, false positive. You can download Renpy and build any of the bundled games and you'll get the same alert for the 32 bit version.
Hell, you can download RenPy source code, compile it yourself, build a game and get the same alert.

yes and it'll be installed to computer where it'll be usable for all programs when needed. I installed that codec when started playing this game and haven't touched on it since that day.
