Took a look at the files. The mosaic is built into the texture so the only way to get this one uncensored is to redraw the censored parts manually, which is beyond my ability.

Hope Devs start using mosaic filter instead of build in into cgs. If someone manage to remove mosaic filter. It isn't Dev fault. They already put mosaic on per law.
