I took a pass at editing the MTL/translating it. It's at least more understandable, and the comments overflow less. First time I've ever done this, so mileage may vary.

No idea how to truly patch a Unity game, so just added hardcoded translations to ReiPatcher. Take the attached file and replace `AutoTranslator\Translation\en\Text\_Preprocessors.txt`. Then run the game and it should work.

for me it didn't work just by putting your file where you specified, for some reason I still had the messy trasnlation, so I copied what was in the file and pasted it in all 4 files in the Text folder.... And it worked partially, it shows the translations in the file but not all the translations in every 2 texts, the 3rd one didn't translate even when it has the translation in the file, I set out to check if it was missing, so I assume it had something to do with compatibility or something, I have no idea, I have never handled anything about ReiPatcher nor am I a person with much knowledge in systems, but if this helps someone to make it work without having to do it like me (looking for the Japanese character line by line lol) then great.

Took a look at the files. The mosaic is built into the texture so the only way to get this one uncensored is to redraw the censored parts manually, which is beyond my ability.

Can you create an uncensored patch or uncensored version of this game.

Short answer, no.
The reason is that the mosaic is a part of the texture itself and not a shader that is being rendered above it. To actually uncensor it, the textures itself would have to be redrawn. This is not something I'm talented enough to do and you'd need to find a proper artist.
