From what i've seen there is a transition route from main to prisoner. but no clue if you can go backwards. (from prisoner to main).

Are there any choices in slave mode though or is it just a linear route where you just go a to b to collect scenes with no control over the corruption whatsoever?

The beginning makes 0 sense. Protagonist was captured some time after becoming "magical girl", and was being violated over and over to the point she developed trauma when facing first enemy right before the actual game starts (something she just thinks before transforming) and yet somehow she's a pure virgin untouched by anyone according to the ero staus screen? Like what's even the point of that intro?

There's a fetish in Japanese where the whole body is trained except the genital. Like, overdeveloped butthole but still virgin. And the point is, the enemy has this fetish

Not entirely correct; while most of the pregnancy events are tied to the slave route (which is essentially a very long game over sequence), the goblins can capture and impregnate her in the regular route and it's only a game over if the player gives up on escaping the goblin den.
