Yes, only a tiny bit is translated. Capu is working on this translation and another, so it'll be a while before it's complete, though he is making some fast progress on the Patreon version of the patch.

Yes, Capu has finished the Doujima route, though the partial patch isn't released yet because Capu is still line-breaking.
