Hey, I'm not entirely sure what you mean when you said, "This game requires Japanese Localisation". Is that software that software I need to acquire? And if so, would you happen to know a good source?

Where did you find a 1.4? DLSite only has up to 1.3, which is what the MTL patch is built on. It should probably work, because the patch overwrites a supermajority of the files, it will just revert it to 1.3 effectively.

3 new moves per girls
Better sprite graphic and animation
Clothe choice for the animated gallery
Challenge mode (chose the mob and only fight this one in a specific map).
Possibly more. Translating tool only take one so far.

So... As far as the new special moves go
Excel Chiffon... aka pink haired girl
Special 1, Chun Li's spinning bird kick in a nutshell, 426/HCF+Attack button
Special 2, while running press attack+jump, unblockable, costs 10% MP
Special 3, 236/QCF+Special Attack button, costs 10% MP and can OTG the enemies
Excel Chocolat... aka blue haired girl
Special 1, 236/QCF+Special Attack button, can be done in the air with just forward+Special attack button i think?
Special 2, 426/HCF+Special Attack button, 12% MP, i wonder if it's just a big ass fireball
Special 3, 28/Down,Up+Attack+Jump buttons... Can press repeteadly? I assume it will kinda work like that one grab she does

Short answer: hell yeah.
Long answer: Yes, it might take me some time though. The new defeat scenes alone look great. One thing I am not sure of until I can get it all downloaded and unpacked is how well it will play together as an unpacked game, but I am hopeful.
Wow, just sort of stumbled here, then read through the thread. Appreciate you going through all the effort of making an English (Mish)TL for these nice little (..."little" my ass, lol) beat'em up games. Mille-feuille is quite the quality brand imho. At any rate...
This should be as good a place as any, I guess, to mention that you can actually DL the latest version-up from their circle-page (which just shows they really are a quality dev, again) and do the deed yourself. Now after checking DLsite, I can see DLS really did only go up till 1.03 by 20220402, but in reality...

Similarly, I bet something akin is probs up with Shine Mirage, since DLsite doesn't mention any updates, yet...
Anyhoo. The Enhancement Pack is gonna need the v1.11 of the base game (v20230325).

Good to know for future updates that they may not arrive on DLSite. And yeah, I'm not usually a fighting games kind of guy, but damn if the mille-feuille games aren't fun adventures. Hopefully they get a proper translation and decensor one day.

Oh yeah, forgot to ask, but I presume... It's not a great idea applying a TL patch made for a v1.03 onto a v1.10, this being kirikiri and hellifiknow what was updated inside system and scenario bw 1.03 and 1.10... Correct? (at best a partial/total backroll to 1.03, at worst errors randomly and/or everywhere I assume?)

Because I need to make changes in so many places, it might actually be fine. The major concern would be if they changed filenames. Otherwise, it would just overwrite the 1.10 content with 1.03 content. You'd reintroduce old bugs, but chances are it would be fine.
