When you say "phone", you mean the "communication stone" option on the menu that is not available in the trial version, right?
While that option is not in the demo, the pictures are still in it, as I am using it as my profile picture at this point.
Rietta also exists, but like Arika, the mouth piece is a seperated picture and has to use something like photoshop to merge them.

There is actually a small working scene for both Rietta and Arika you just have to select the communication stone at the correct point in the story. I know for Arika you have click it before viewing EV27 (the coliseum scene), and for Rietta I think it's before viewing EV31 (first sex with Amor)

EDIT: You can only get both of their scenes to play if you select the communication stone immediately after Kurt's contract period begins. (When the "20 days until contract ends" text box appears in the top right corner)
