Dude, i respect if it looks weird to you. but thats just a visual opinion, inverted nipples are not a disease.

1. This is fiction (self explanatory)

2. IRL Inverted nipples are almost always just a rare cosmedic issue people get since born or by genetics. and as long as the color or shape of the nipples dont change(which is caused by other actual diseases) it does not come with medical problems. Except that is harder to breastfeed a baby, but thats it.

3. Although its true that some people dont get inverted nipples by birth but rather in a actual medical issue, this is caused by a breasts disease (yes Im aware its mostly breasts cancer).
Which means the inverted nipples are not the disease but rather a body condition caused by the disease, and again, this happens very rarely.
