Huh, I didn't have this issue at all until I stepped away for a little bit with the game running. Now I'm getting a bit of that sound stuttering as well.
Hmm it may actually be built into some of the BGMs. After playing around a bit in the music collection it appears to be that way to me. Not sure if intentional or not.

So I'm about two hours in, at the start of porn kingdom or whatever they called it, does the overall gameplay loop change at all or does it stay a by the numbers RPG with very occasional porn scenes? The production quality seems decent but so far the porn is ham fisted at best, like they wanted to make a SFW RPG but didn't have an audience.
Any changes from between the DLsite version and the steam version? There's usually some changes like characters having slight changes to their outfits or something.

That's odd. I tried the music collection as well and got no sluttering, but can't get rid of it in-game in some tracks. Also checked some youtube walkthroughs and it seems to be there, I think (they all have commentaries so I can't be sure) but, if it's there, it's not as persistent as what I get.
Someone else is having this problem?

I haven't installed the game just yet, but if you want I'll get back to you this and even record a vid or two on my end playing the raw sound files.
If you could tell me the exact names of any sound files that give you that stuttering issue, I'll record those on my end.

It's weird because I got sluttering with the main menu one and the first theme you hear in the town, closed the game, decreased the bitrate and now those sound fine. But after playing a bit longer It started again with the scene in the demon realm (BGM46, probably "A_church" in the game files) and, as Nijinda Futatama said, it's still broken in the music collection.

Alright so here's the first 30s of that song.
For what it's worth, there's no stutter on my end in-game or simply listening to the raw files.
I'm also using 24bit, 48000Hz (Studio Quality)
This is on a low end (Dual-core, yeah... don't ask) PC with Windows 10 LTSC v1809.

Yeah, sorry, that's not it. The music collection has different names. BGM46 title is "Church", so I guess it's "A_church3" then. But it's ok, don't bother. I'll keep reading the thread in case you guys have the same problem.
The sound stuttering was noticeable on JP version of the game as well. AFAIK, there's nothing that can be done. It seems to happen more often the longer you have the game open. Try restarting the game when it gets especially bad?

There are at least 2 BGMs where it happens, but it happens so infrequently it's hard to tell for sure what's going on. I suspect it has to do with the encoding on certain BGMs and is then triggered by some other condition. Hopefully it remains a very minor issue.
