Wouldn't be weird, the "update patch" was too big, and the game looks almost if not the same as the demo.

It may be, when something happens in the community, it does affect other developers.
Like some developers have started to request freelancers to do their maps, and even request plugins or UI's.
Since some other started to do the same, and have worked.
The same why some developers are now adding female voice actors, to their games, it's worth the price.
I don't hope this game to become the tumb of Acerola (I doubt it would be, since they are a big circle of developers, maybe even a small company at this point), but I hope the backlash from their community make them, start trying to do less bulk games, and try to innovate themselves.
I mean, a bunch of games that have developed themselves as games with unique mechanics, or at least, original to a certain point, have been based on Acerola games.

That's because it no longer lets you do that. If you want a translation, you have to export the original texts and it will create a .json file and all the texts are there and then you can translate them with the translation tool you want.

When you finish translating it, which will take quite a while, you load it back into mtool and you can play. It can also be shared because it is not made with mtool translators, but with a third-party program.The worse your PC is, the longer it will take to process the 280,000 lines of text that the game contains.

Keep in mind that a line of text is between 45 and 70 characters, including spaces.

This is a great help because it allows free mtool users to upload a translation for a game that they cannot translate because the translation limit is 10mb and the game is 26mb of text. you only need mtool you don't need any subscription

When you open the game with mtool in the translation window there is a tab called load translation and you choose the file translation done and load it, wait and you would have the translated game

I am a free user of mtool and it has allowed me to load the translation without any problems. In addition, it can be shared and used by any user because it does not break the mtool rules. It seems silly but he have contributed enormously because he have given free mtool users the opportunity to play the translated game.

Didn't delete any files. Just recruited the dragon girl and the only bug so far was error messages when using potions at the start. H-scenes work, no crashes.

on another side note on japanese versions atleast somewhat playable after doing what devs mentioned and updating to 1.2
i am gonna wait until mtool team or acelora team fixes their shit then give it an another try if anyone gets it working propely let me know
