I had my doubts about playing it without being translated yet, but I must say that the game is very intuitive, you don't need to know Japanese to enjoy it.
You can take out all the items (you have to buy the lingerie on the 22nd only) and take out all the CG with the sucubus on the 29th in the tea room (yes, the key if 0707 works).
You can finish the game in a couple of hours without any problem with 100% of the items.
