haven't been able to get past Stuck Loading after launching the game even after renaming the original folder and locale emulator, yall have any other possible fixes or a copy of the game i can possibly download that could launch properly? not really sure what else to do

What program are you using to extract it? I've noticed lately 7zip for me hasn't been doing japenese files properly so I switched back to WinRAR and changing the name encoding to japenese and that's worked for me.
Do you have your system locale set to Japanese? Locale emulator doesn't work 100% of the time and changing your locale system-wide should fix issues. You would have to re-unpack the game though if you already did that.
