Translation outside mtl will likely take long or never happen, but I fully expect the game to be out on anime-sharing during the night, on the next day on hentai-sharing or ryuugames and in the following days otomi-games will follow along.

was able to get it to translate with m-tool while actually using japanese locale, i didn't start playing yet though just simply looked at the options screen translated to english.

It has been long since I've played the first game but I'm pretty sure there was a time limit if you wasted too much time it's a game over however you'll be able to carry your progress to the next loop (not sure what you're able to carry exactly whether it's level, money or items) that... or I'm just hallucinating.
Anyway I ran out of time in the 2nd game and It doesn't seem let me carry my progress and the problem is there's not enough time.
You have to reach a certain rank to be allowed to do that. I remember my first bad end just lead to the title screen, but later on I would be allowed to continue with a new game plus.
