That makes so much sense and will save me some time. Shame though, was going through some of the dialog and it was getting interesting. Thanks dududtuyu.
I admit I was super hooked on the story and looked forward to Tei's lore but shame the game bugged midway.
Another thing is that the unused scenarios used variables and switches from the original game, so if you tried teleporting
into the unused scenario after completing the original game, it will be super bugged as certain switches are already enabled.
Proving the point that it was abandoned completely.

Plan & Schedule:
This effort will take longer than I originally thought. Looking at the game on DLsite I figured a four "Heroine" game would be relatively quick... should have paid attention to the 1.43gig size.

I have no good estimate on when a playable patch will be released. My plan is to do a once over on all text then playtest it, hunting for bugs while making adjustments as needed.
Not to pressure, but is there any updates?

Just curious will the mtl on page 1 needs to be updated? or u can play the whole story already using it?

Hey all sorry about the lack of communication. Long story short had some delays, other commitments, and minor burnout since I last posted an update.

With how the game was designed and where the text is stored I decided to complete each map in order. What that means is that I have been slowly working through all the town dialog first. I could skip or treat this with less attention but that would bug me to no end. All told, I would estimate about 3k-4k lines of text that is more than just flavor text. These include hints on certain fights or dialog related to the main story. For a porn game, the non-H related text is too damn high (insert meme here).

Initially, I wanted to tackle this game in a somewhat sequential order to better keep consistency but I will be changing that for my sanity. I have no good estimate at this time, but my goal is to finish before November (why am I tempting fate by listing a date, who am I Koda 2.0...), with a playable patch to be play tested before that or a pickaxe. Only time will tell.

Now a question for those who care, with how this game is designed each "real" fight has dialog associated with the move each enemy will do. I will be translating that text. Should I include a pdf of each dialog line and corresponding enemy attack? Do note that depending on the route and/or other factors some enemies change up the attack and dialog to keep you guessing on re-fights.

If you can't wait, the MTL patch in this thread should work, or at least has for me so far.

And/or check out Necropanzer's game, Domination Desire: Banished. While not exactly the same, it does have some very hot fights and a level drain mechanic done right imo.

ngl the fact there's someone translating this or at least editing the current MTL to be readable is already enough for me, as the one who requesting for it.

so while at it you'll providing something like a pdf guide on how to trigger specific dialogue? if it's a pain personally i think it's ok to skip it

Anyone know how to beat the first fight with Pirika? I save up to do an attack and then it deals 0 damage.

It's driving my nuts not being able to attack without absorbing mana and then finally attacking for 0.

Absorb an attack with the corresponding element and then you have to attack on the next turn. The buff will run out otherwise

Thank you so much. I feel silly for not thinking of that. I kept trying to save up for a big attack.

Sleeping at the nun's house causes a permanent Audio file missing error that keeps popping up every 5 seconds. Is there any way to fix this?

If you are using the MTL then it might have been something translated that broke the music reference. This is partly why my effort is taking so long.

Quick update, don't think I will have a playable patch ready by early Nov. Work has increased my workload and this will continue through Jan 2023. While I am continuing my efforts at a slower pace I am unable to estimate when the final product will be ready.

I am kicking around some ideas of potentially releasing an incomplete patch. The problem is that most of the combat dialog and some story still need to be reviewed so I either remove those pieces and leave that in Japanese or risk potential bugs. More to come after I think on this some more.

I found a fix/workaround to it. If you save the game the next morning even with the error and load back to it the error doesn't come up anymore. Mainly because it isn't searching for the audio file anymore that plays during MC going to sleep/waking up.

Glad to know that you're still translating!

Quite often the issue is caused by the game using a translated reference to a file that still has a japanese filename. Or the other way around. Anyway it boils down to a discrepancy between reference and filename.
I managed to resolve issues like that by looking for the original file and renaming it appropriately to match the reference (which is usually shown in the error message).
