It should be possible since the ExS-Tia games are translated in Chinese and that is in the same engine. You can also see some of the patching in the original Dxlib(LuneTB) tool that I extended (in the fix_exe function). I'm pretty sure they patched shift_jis to gb2312 but again, I did not mess with any of that.

I’ve taken a look at the fix_exe function.
It seems like I still have a long way to go before I can get Korean output working properly…
I’m not very familiar with this kind of work, so everything feels a bit overwhelming.
There hasn’t been any information about translating this engine into Korean, so it’s been quite a struggle.

I should have a clean copy somewhere on my PC that I can make a MEGA file or something. I can get you it sometime today. I was planning on translating this in the near future, but I still have a lot of food on my plate so I'd love to see a good translation of this game.

Nah Bud you are good! I rescanned it and its just the cracks causes the AV to over react. I'll start on it after family go home after holidays now should be like another 2-3 weeks
