No, the mod (if you mean MTool), translates separately without altering game files. I translated the game files themselves. The auto translator used by MTool just won't translate what's already translated in english.

This game is frankly amazing. Im a big fan of the artist and his works. Its a shame such a plot-heavy game is left untranslated.
