You need to make sure that the tool has the latest patch on it. then just drag the game application into the tool and launch it from the tool. Then open the tool ui, it'll open in the game go to translate and the rest should be fairly simple. Just a word of warning though, most antivirus software don't like this tool so you will have to disable it or exclude the tool.
So umm.. how would one go about beating this boss, it just jumps to the other side at the beginning and never comes back.

+1 but when is Police Force I gonna get the non MTL treatment? That game becomes unreadable after the first area.
