One thing I always wondered is if working on these translations prevents you from getting off to the game yourself. I did a shitty edited MTL on a tiny little game (back when mTool was king and GPT wasn't around yet) and working line-by-line to fix the gibberish basically prevented me from getting off on the game at all when I played it myself (I basically just saw my own writing and it took me out of it pretty hard.)
What's your experience with this working with the (I assume vastly superior) GPT-4o?

Translators Notes: *
This is primarily a machine translation with some editing and occasional *
rewrites where it was necesarry for UI fit or the machine translation was *
particularly egregious nonesense. Nearly everything is translated, there *
are some one-off popups, but they are rarely used and don't convey *
anything meaningful, it looks like it was a system the dev was considering *
using more, but backed off on. The translation isn't perfect, some *
syntax crops up where it shouldn't, but it's all understandable if a bit *
too literal at times. Some vernacular doesn't get handled too well. *
There is a LOT of stuff that looks like it was planned for this game but *
abandoned or cut by the dev. Emerauds cheat engine has been added, and is *
accessible by pressing '1'. Save slots were expanded to 99 slots. *
