Go to Skills, select Konoha and go to Skill Acquisition. From there select H Skills. Her combat skills are also in that menu.
You'll then need to Equip them under Equip Skills in the Skill menu. She has a cap on how many skills, and how strong the skills are though, so you do need to trade off between combat skills and H skills.
There's currently a 1.04 version in sukebei but I don't know if it's compatible with the partial and MTL. I found my copy from pornolab, it's a torrent site but watch out since it's in russian. Not the game, I meant the site. As much as I want to link the site directly I'm kinda scared to do it since I'm still not that familiar with this site's rules and stuff.

Bug fixes are probably in event or plugin code, which are both overwritten by the MTL. It will probably still run unless files were deleted or renamed, but I can't guarantee it, and any bug fixes from the devs will definitely not stick. Seems from their dev blog that 1.04 also implemented NewGame+, which will 100% not work.
No idea when or even if I can update the MTL to 1.04 since it is a blend of MTL and manual. It's complicated.

So uuuh, I managed to make an account on this site but I'm lost, I can only write in one thing and when I do so I get a weird thing that want me to choose idk other thing, all in rusian, and since it's like not a text, translating it is hard (Google won't let me translate the page directly for some reason so I have to copy paste manually everything) and I tried to search on google but nothing

No the page where I downloaded it, it was a russian site, but now windows defender decided it was a trojan for some reason
Edit: did a virus scan with virus total of the .EXE that was detected as a trojan (LQ2GMV1.03[MTeng]\Tool\loaders\RGSSCheatTool\Game.EXE) and nothing, but even tho it has nothing, windows decided that I will not be able to put it as a false claim and it want me to restart my pc, I love windows defender
Edit 2: it's not a MTool file, idk what that is, it was put here by the guys who uploaded it on the russian site I guess, but idk what this used for, does anyone know ?

Well I don't think it is, only windows defender said it was but nothing on virus total, and from what I see the tool file was very similar to the tools file in the mtool file, meaning the guy copy pasted it in the game file for some reason, do imma remove it and see if it works without it, I'll tell you after

Seems I'm going to need to develop some of the tools I'd need to do an update to Lolique for another project anyways, so the chance is not 0, but it's not a priority. I don't have a copy of 1.04 but I'm not planning on working on it immediately, so I can probably wait for it to be released on a less sketchy website.
1.04 is now on Anime-Sharing, if people don't want to bash their head against the wall downloading it from an incomprehensible Russian website.

Welp, the game launch and seem to work without it, meaning it was not a necessary file, idk why it was there, you don't need to put the tool inside the game folder for Mtool to work at all, but hey I'm not the uploader of it, imma put MuninKai MTL translation and see if everything work the last version of Mtool later (In like a hour or two)
Quick question: will this MLT work with versions of the game prior to 1.03? Also still wondering if anyone has tried 1.04 with the 1.03 MLT and if it causes any serious issues.
DLsite obviously only has 1.04 now and i don't feel like downloading from shady websites.

As Munin says, it could work with 1.04 but there is a lot of doubt about it, and i'm more than sure it will not with prior version, so you might want to avoid it
