full mtl... its not that bad, since you can still easily follow the story. as always, open it with "mtool".

Random youtube guide says to open game .exe with mtool.. if i drag this json file I get error.

You don't drag the TrsData.bin file with mtool and run that. You run the .exe file of the game itself, then do modifications to it once you run it, including adding the translation file
