If the MC had some redeeming qualities (physical and intellectual) maybe he wouldn't need to roofie everyone to have sex (the love potion plot device is a bit sketchy in my opinion).

Even this game is kinda standalone game. That love potion thing comes from that game along with Mother Superior story(or whatever it is since it is just one last scene she had on it).

That Claire and Diana scene was great. Hoping that there are more scenes with them together.
The multi vitamin part on the other hand needs animations to be worthwhile.
