When was the last time you updated your RAR extraction utility?

There are multiple versions of RAR's internal achieve structure, if the person who created the RAR file used a later version than what is supported by your RAR file extraction utility then that RAR file may appear as unknown or damaged.

When I call Diana she says, "not now, I'm busy," or something to that effect.
Do you have to be at 51% progress to hit the next phase to make that call?
I've gotten the library key and unlocked it without having talked to her.

If I remember it properly, she is calling you, so it is better not to call her but go to a few places in Cape Vedra.

That was my thought, so I've gone just about everywhere I can think of. I have since reached 51% and I still can't figure it out
I know there's supposed to be a conversation outside of Squallmart with Michael the ranger too, but I can't seem to trigger that either.
I suspect maybe my save is broken.
