You must have the full version of v44. Download the v46 update and unpack it to the game folder.
Yes, there will still be saves even if you delete the game folder. The next time you run them, they will be picked up automatically

The chest is not located in the mansion, but near it, on the right side of the building.
What version did you have before? Remember that you can't just play the update, you need the whole game.
The Update only folder contains files for updating the main game. You must update the latest version. If you have an earlier version, you should download all subsequent updates.

I had the previous version before the updated one yesterday. How will i install the update only. Am i to put it in the same file as the previous one or how?.
I've finished the update story and find the keys and chests but i'm still at 45% is there anyway to know at i'm missing?

You must make all booty calls. And if you click to Soul Crystal, there is in the bottom of screen line with your progress. Look there what you miss.
Guys i played the last version ie V44, i'm new to the game so i wanted to know how do i add the new update V66 without deleting my progress?

Ive got to end of the update. And got Extras 19/20. Is that the secret room with the red hering?
Edit: okay i searched and the red herring is a joke. But what is Extras 20? Ive got the dart board in my house.... seems that is it not.

Extras are pictures and character profiles (this is something new that was introduced in this latest update)

You must call all girls and make all booty calls. Thats mean, you probably doesn't make last booty call.
