You must make all booty calls. And if you click to Soul Crystal, there is in the bottom of screen line with your progress. Look there what you miss.

Ive got to end of the update. And got Extras 19/20. Is that the secret room with the red hering?

Extras are pictures and character profiles (this is something new that was introduced in this latest update)

You must call all girls and make all booty calls. Thats mean, you probably doesn't make last booty call.

The key is in the Park, in a new location where you need to kill ants. There you need to solve the puzzle with the stones, and the key will appear.
If you are at the beginning of the version, then do not rush with the chest. They can't always be opened immediately.
