Whats your %? Maybe its too early for you. You need bullet from Tasha's bar to startle him. Bullet will be here (from Joey) after you open crypt one screen north from boat landing (with Tasha). Its about 60% of game.

58 % I have a bullet, at this point I'm stuck at: 2 tomb key segment, the doctor have the mouse in the trap and the dor is shut, tasha is waiting for me with the tomb key, Madalyn in chapel with a nun talking, Janet at home, I also have the Eye of Caully. Any hints ? Thanks.

Right click and look in your inventory. There is an object called "Extras Album". Near the bottom of the list is all of the profiles.

Than click on bullet or maybe on rifle. This way you loaded it. After that go to jaguar and use loaded rifle. In screen wich make available after jaguar escape is last tomb key fragment.
Or do what Evie say.
Eye of Caully you can use in library.
Oh and I have mistake in my previouse comment. You have bullet before open crypt. Sorry for that.

To get to this place,
You have to go to this place first.

Here you can see the path with yellow arrows from place to place that you have to go.
Go to the place with the jaguar, then go left.

Anyone else run into this issue? I got the false talismans, coin and the gold, made the royal talisman, the coin re-popped as well as a gold ore and picked it up without a second thought. Then went further in the game, helped Patricia and realized I didn't have the royal talisman in my inventory to finish out the trade. Also just realized the gold ore is gone too!
I haven't done any cheats or 3rd party add ons
