Go to them and read the requirements to unlock them in the temple.

The chest is in the fort under the lighthouse in the locked room which is opened with the key found by the jaguar. Ive done all that but can‘t seem to find the key for that chest. Anyone have a thought?

Depends on where you are in the story. If he's on the ledge you grapple to the key is below it before you grapple on the ground.

You don't need to, go back and look for the leaves

Get the leave by the jaguar when it looks away

When jaguar run to right you click on palm leaves , then jaguar move most right and stay there.
