So let's say the 4 lines of DOWNLOAD don't show v71021 and let's also pretend clicking on any Win update link doesn't go to v73022, you'd have a point. But nope. And since nothing not Windows was released yet, you still don't have a point

Have you even tried clicking the update links ? All of them go to 73022. And as stated : anything not Windows wasn't released yet. Keep trying though.

The chest is in the room which Sofia gave to Janet and Kaley in her mansion. Left corner.

You need to keep using the pickaxe until the crack on the wall is disappeared. The key would fall to the top on downstairs. You can then use grappling hook to get the key.
