Under the mansion in the caverns as seen in a previous update. You can use the ladder to get across to it now. You have to light the torch in the next chamber first though and then the key will spawn under the church/cemetery. You'll use the ladder to get across to the key as well. Ignore the rock wall there because that's apparently for another update later.
