This is a well known bug that comes from cheat-mod by redknight00. There is no way to fix this.
You have to delete the whole game including the path User Data with the saves.

Damn me too (10 Philweed in bucket at V79xxxx ). I follow Sixart and Ocato list but there are no philweed left at location, my save is bugged?!

Well I just checked it... the walkthrough contains all 12 philweed... the bucket can hold 11 and the plus one or two ( ?
) comes from Emily's early experiments... so if you miss the goodies that is all on you ! Anyhow not that it matters if it's really 10 in the bucket, it's ok, I thought on the picture it was the 11th that would be put in bucketif you faund 12 Philweed, you found all.-> this give 10 here ->
