You have to set hidden files and folder visible.Then go: C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\User Data.

I personally agree with you. I dont like incest and often playing these games, the whole landlady, tenant, roomate(s) work-around and tricks like this devs use, take a bit of imagination to make it not incestuous.
But a quick scroll over any other major porn site will show that it's not just in games that incestuous themes are prevalent. Stepmoms, stepbrothers/sisters, daddy stuff are a dominant theme.
Many people seem to enjoy these themes. I dont think most actually would want to bang their stepwhatever. For most I think it's the tabooness of it.

Ok, if you have maca plant sell it to Pricia, afterwards go to the another exit of the cave(now you can get to it when you cross the river, move right twice, go in south direction alongside the roaring jaguar.

EDIT:You can have only one maca plant at one moment in your inventory.
