That's in part because half of the uncompressed size of the "update only" in Windows/Linux version are unneeded files. 160 of 330 MiB are the same files as already there in the previous versions.

That said, IMVHO it's a somewhat disappointing update: only one sexy scene (though really smoking hot), and if 40 minutes after release you have already downloaded, installed and completely played the update you can only conclude there's not that much content.
