Felt the same, but honestly they are always small updates. However it's good that NLT at least updates reliably! Hope the next one has something I'm more interested in.

Merge every file of the "www" folder (from the update only thingy) to the "app.nw" folder (from your actual game).
To merge files hold "cmd" while transfering them
