The first two digits are the MAX possible percentage completable. The next two digits are the release month. And the last digit indicates which release it is in that month.

Example: v.48091 - Max possible percentage Completable is 48%, it is the 1st Release for September (9th Month of the Year)

yeah i think it is, i tried downloading oath of loyalty and it wasn't loading
