You can do this in almost any video editor. But I would use Movavi.

I'm aware of that. Important for subtitle is the time-frame for being sync. with the spoken words. I'm always curious how people make subtitle. Do they adjust the time-frame by ms. or sec.?

I put the subtitles together with the video file.. idk if I seperate the SRT of it.. I'll check
NLT said all accent was an act.. yeah I noticed too Clare's animate voice
looks like both of them will be the holy grail of the stories
