Yes. Just extract whatever is in the update and replace the old files with them. You are set.

I try to be extra safe by creating a copy of my existing game folder and then unzipping the update files to the duplicate folder and renaming it to the latest version.

mine download, and not even asking to log in, had once a good downloader that download after couple hours again if you was on your limit where you need to log in, but cant find , now you need to stay online (do mostly as i go sleeping so i have hours time
almost 100 procent..............
