For the time being I'd rather just play a more up to date TiTS imagepack lol. I'm pretty sure R10 1.1.1 is built on TiTS 0.8.040.

I'm new to this and after reading about 30 first pages of the thread I got non of questions I had.
First is what are image pack (sfw) and boobs mod? What are their differences to main game you can download from main site?
Second that it seems the game does not run very well on android. Texts are very hard to read and buttons are so small. And dont see any option to make buttons any bigger. Is there any?
Third that how to implement cheat codes in android version?

"The general aims of this mod are to: reverse stupid decisions, add a select few submitted characters/vendors/mods/github pull requests (already on top of the github portion, at least for personal targets) that are either rejected/half implemented/dead WIP, changing over to a more personally soothing black and orange or the inverse colour scheme (potentially see if it can changed in game), add a monk start with a pysonic's skill tree, adding in user requests (e.g. nipple colours and de-baderging Dr's Badger's machine) and general minor QOL items."

Image packs are no different from the normal game, they just have more images for interactions, and the option to view higher resolution images. There are image pack variants publically released on fenoxo's site as well, they just aren't released for every single update. If it's been a while since an image pack was released, someone will usually build one for the latest version.

Is there a "NSFW" version of it available?
Seems I need to strictly play it on PC. I cannot save files outside the game (for editing)

I don't think there is a SFW version of TiTS. It's all NSFW. Unless you develop porn games at your workplace, then it's all SFW. Though to be honest, I've been on porn sets where I would rather not be seen playing a game with a giant cartoon horse dick on the screen.
I'm not much of a mobile gamer so I can't help ya there. APKs exist, and that is the beginning and end of my knowledge.

Use save to file, then move the file to your mobile device, open the app and choose Load file and it should allow you to pick the location
