It's because you got slave collar put on you by Maike or slyveren slave breaker. You can ask Urbolg to remove it.
Also dzaan withdrawal only hlaves energy regen, doesn't disable it.

Its been quite awhile since I played so I gave the game a restart to see all the current content. And to my surprise this is much better than when I was playing it. But theres one thing that didn't get a redesign that sometimes breaks the immersion at moments.

Height.

Its like no matter how tall the PC gets, the NPCs will always be taller or shoter simply because they are tall or short. For example, upon meeting the 7-foot tall Ramis, so tall that she nearly hits the PC in the face with her tits when she turns, or meeting the descriptively huge 6.5-foot tall Zaalt. But my PC is 7 feet tall, why am I being scaled down or looking up at "tall" charcters that are shorter than me?

Other than that, I'm having a good time.

Definitely an oversight. One I've never noticed since I've never played a character that was taller than five foot seven.

I feel the same but after doing another playthough I've noticed it gets noticed SOMETIMES, I think they just need to go and redo/rewrite stuff to account for it is all, Like the Height decrease/increase Items can be bought RIGHT out the gate.
but I feel that with with the War planet, "bug lady his a beefy hourglass power house that is 8 feet tall etc etc and is just huge all over" "Game mentions that I INDEED DO tower over her with my max 10 feet tall" then the game proceeds to then continue riding home the fact that she beg and making it SOUND like she is bigger then me? Personally Riya (Racist Eugenist cop, yes she is eugenist I am sadly not making this up) is one I just report and sock to never see her again until the Breeding competiton.

Riya is all talk. She does her job properly and is willing to put her life on the line for nonhumans. It's especially ironic that she's one of the very, very few characters whose initial response to getting a nonhuman Steele pregnant before finding out about the nursery and their wealth is taking responsibility and supporting them. Honestly, the only other one I can think of off the top is Haley, and that was more her lamenting that she'd be a shitty parent in all aspects but financial.

Allegedly she does her job properly but she always threathens you to throw you in jail or curfew if you try to talk with her, what are the chances she threw innocent people for some jail time for being xenos? and she is literal seconds away from tasing you when (again) you talk with her as an non-human, Greence even mentions she is only there because she has connections because otherwise Riya would had been long gone from Tavros.

You're taking that in a different direction. You even included scenarios where Steele is male. I'm not simply talking about which characters will be present or absent for their kids. I can't think of any non-enemy characters who cut and run from their kids. I'm talking about characters whose initial reaction was about supporting Steele as an individual as well, as in they pictured a scenario where they would now be a traditional family unit. It's something you absolutely wouldn't expect from Riya of all people, given the racism and all.

I would like to note her children always look like her and never are hybrids (even if you are half-alien), she always keeps bragging how they look good and like her saying things like "Ohh they took my good appearance, yours? Not so much" which on human it's just a funny little jest.

The dialogue also happens on non-human starting races and it takes a *whole* diferent meaning with very unfortunate implications, especially due to her eugenist comments that she does if you are carrying her children as non-human about "improving your bloodline"

All of them strive and try to do a Traditional family unit in their own senses, the only actual notable exceptions are Queen of Depths with a egged Steele where the former doesn't try to contact their children directly much to their frustration.

It's something you absolutely wouldn't expect from Riya of all people, given the racism and all.

The "Family" part starts and ends at the nursery, talk with her as a non human mother and she is still racist as ever to the point of even threathening to use a taser against the mother of her children for trying to talk to her instead of sucking her off, lovely.

I have mentioned Zephyr once and I will mention her again, before the pregnancy she is bluntly a major bitch but after that? Pretty much all of her dialogue changes to be more calmer towards you and actually kinda loving, it goes from "I WANT FUCK YOU RIGHT EVEN IF YOU DON' LIKE THAT IF YOU STAY AT MY SIGHT FOR THE NEXT 5 SECONDS" to "Heyy love, do you have some time for us to fuck?" Not exactly verbatim but the change is drastical and quite noticeable.

She really does change her behaviour because you two are mom and mom now of beautiful children (yes she calls you and herself as moms) and while she is still rough on sex you do unlock gentle sex as long you are pregnant with hers, she shows her soft side to you both in and out of the nursery (outright bringing the "family" part to NT if you snap a photo of her sleeping with the kids, she will put it at her desk to show to everyone in New Texas) Riya absolutely doesn't and stays at a very long arms distance outside of you being her "broodmother".

Supporting a woman you impregnated implies that you provide her with shelter and financial support and that she will assume a traditional female role. That cannot happen if you established terms ahead of time that are literally not that, are literally female yourself and are the one being impregnated, plan to use them as a breeding hole if they don't meet your standards, don't even know about the kids until they are already being fully cared for, et cetera.

Two points were made by I:
1) There is no instance where Riya is shown or stated to have harmed a nonhuman with anything but words, even when given the opportunity to do so
2) Riya initially planned for a pregnant Steele moving in and being supported by her.
