Wow, they buff Kineticist and nerf the rats stuns. I just ranted about it last week. Good.
Allowing stunlocks has always been the most annoying thing about the combat. The one area where everyone can agree that CoC2 has the edge is how stuns are handled; putting a cooldown on them fixes the problem at the source.

Its amazing how Paulette was added so recently but already has a crewmate option, yet William's mountain of Zhengshi content has been pushed back for so long now.
They bully poor William so much. I genuinely hope he gets away from the Fen/Savin crew one day and either gets his own game or works with people who appreciate all the effort he puts in.

Yeah...I definitely don't abuse the hell out of custom shock gear on my techie and saurmorian hammer on my merc to stun lock everything that can be stunned.

I'm pretty sure deep impact broke. Or at the very least, it doesn't work with Force Darts anymore.
Also Entropic Leech's energy drain buff doesn't seem to be in the game

In a vaccum the cap is great. Though thanks to the damage being so high in both directions your PC can be taken out of entire fights before they're over if you're stunned at the start of them. Multiple enemy groups can disarm chain you indefinitely, and two bosses have perma silence.

And it's way more prevalent given that nearly every single encounter has one or more enemies who stun as their first action.

The fact that William's content has yet to be implemented is baffling to me. These past updates have been nothing but... Nothing, really.
William's big Zheng Shi update hasn't made it into the game yet because the games "lead artist and project reviewer" (one person) had found something in William's documents that did not sit right with them. Of course they only did so, right before it was ready to be put on the coding pile.
FenCo has a lot of people that are just dogshit at their jobs if you'd ask me. The William-thingy is just one example that immediately comes to mind. Basically demanding from him a complete restructure of the project, right as it is finished, is just bad leadership and is showing a severe lack of communication skills.

But honestly, I don't even know what one should expect otherwise from the great mind that gave us amazing content like this here (written and drawn by the way):
