Based on what do you make that assertion?
Of all his solo project that are more than a generic enemy encounter only a couple of slut holes characters in Zeng Shi, the Rat thieves and the first snake boss mommy were completed.
Bianca, Sophora, Roon stay abandoned.
He did participated on collaboration project on other characters like Kiro etc but saying he carried the whole project is really a denial of reality.

Bianca and Roo were pretty much the only things I was looking forward to in this game at this point, what a waste.

Different people are working on the wikis and the coc2 community and devs do more appreciating of the people maintaining them which keeps them motivated to improve the wiki than the tits side.
As for will leaving, bianca and roo and leila were NEVER getting finished in the games lifespan. He hasnt touched their docs in years and its obvious hes been burnt out ever since hes got hired by fen.

How appropriate that a furry game screwed the pooch on this. They fumbled Will and his talent HARD. Calling Sephora "feature complete" is a sick joke too. Literally nothing to do for her except kill her the minute you meet her, like some mob.

He was obviously burnt out from writing smut (whether in general or specifically for FenCo I'm not sure). But he made pretty good smut from the time he was in.
Shame we'll never see the other girls he planned, but it's probably for the best, I don't think I want to see him half-ass it.
