Happens now and then, you can check the debug screen that your variables are right. Preferences => extras => Scroll all the way down => Debug => Variables, assuming it doesn't crash there cause ren'py deleted a variableTo me what threw me off were the White bright eyes...
Also, Talothral there's a "weirdness" after applying the patch and starting 31 on the To Be Continued screen of 30. Some error or something... sorry I ignored it too fast...

had to watch the scene twice cause I swear it was the elf but in the bed there was no-one till lady shows up and nisha is in bed with you.
Now it makes sense why she is kinda over protective or jealous type

if it was renpy error then there is traceback.txt which tells what it was.To me what threw me off were the White bright eyes...

Talothral would it be possible for you to add in the codex, to the side characters if they are part of the harem and if they are pregnant? Since Gweyr did mention that the other orcish concubines should also be pregnant by now. Not the biggest need for it, but it would be nice improvement of codex.
It's on the list of things to be added, eventually anyway. Probably should rebuild the whole thing but that might cause more problems than it's worth at this stage.
Went through the game again with walkthrough mod to see where i went wrong with Miki. Only thing i can think that i did differently from what the mod recommends is that i asked about loyalty to the Empire rather than loyalty to the Emperor.
That would do... Seems an insignificant difference, but it is actually quite a significant in the end.
I mean, if empress could decide, she might herself want to join in the harem.
